years spent in the flooring industry operating under Alpha and Omega, Fain has expanded his vast
experience as a contractor into the bathroom renovation portion of residential remodels.
Now operating as Sanctuary Bath, LLC. Fain Randall takes his same philosophy of being at the side of
his customers from beginning to end of a project; delivering each phase of a renovation with excellence.

About Fain
Fain has a lengthy history in the residential remodel space. Working with his father in the flooring industry in California is where Fain gained his early skills laying flooring. Over the years, Fain expanded the scope of work of projects to go from floor installation to complete residential remodel and led complete home renovations for real-estate flips.
Fain has installed countless floors, remodeled numerous bathrooms and kitchens. When it comes to the question of who has the experience in construction, it's no question; Fain has a depth and breadth of knowledge that can only be learned by working in the field for many years.
Fain actively oversees, trains new installers, and even continues to install many of the projects at Sanctuary Bath. If a job is complex, each installer knows who to reach out to in order to get the right answer.

Jack Peterson, B.A., Finance and Accounting - Manages the business operations of Sanctuary Bath.
Jack's primary focus at Sanctuary Bath is in filling the key role of business-operations and back-office activities. Ensuring that each project is completed on-time and on-budget, the books are squared up, and everyone's paid on-time.
